In keeping with the character of the company, Stakelogic is adding a new chapter to its existing business - Stakelogic Live. Two state of the art live studios are being built in Malta and Eindhoven.

For the Eindhoven office Stakelogic is looking for:
Front office assistant (part time)
We are looking for a front office assistant for a minimum of 24 hours (hours to be determined). Are you customer friendly and sociable? Do you have concrete experience in this position? Are you representative and accurate in your work? And are you looking for a varied job? Then we are the right company for you!
This is what we expect from a front office employee:
Welcoming, receiving, informing and referring (international) guests;
Handling of incoming telephone and mail traffic;
Supporting HR manager, office manager and the finance administrator;
Secretarial, financial & facility administrative tasks;
You will report to the HR manager.
Desired skills and experience
MBO work/professional level;
Excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing;
You have experience with the MS Office package;
You are representative;
Team oriented and able to work independently;
You are helpful, organised, communicative, flexible, stress resistant and accurate;
Flexibility and adaptability (possibly working other days due to absence or illness of a colleague).
