In february the Suriname Gaming Authority visits Holland Casino. The welcomed Ms Addis Waterberg, Acting Director, Suriname Gaming Commission, and Ms Cheryl Prisirie, Ministry of Justice, to our Scheveningen office. They were given a tour of the casino by Safety Manager Erik Holthausen, who addressed regulations in action, how Holland Casino combats money laundering and how our gambling addiction prevention policy plays out in our online casino and our function in its establishments.

Modernisation of Suriname's gaming policy

They were also engaged by Addis Waterberg and Cheryl Prisirie on the ongoing modernisation of Suriname's gaming policy and anti-money laundering legislation. This has resulted in a unique discussion and knowledge exchange between regulators and suppliers. There was talk of staying connected to the future and continuing to share knowledge.
