The Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) established in September 2022 that Winning Poker Network was offering on one of its sites the possibility to participate in illegal games of chance in the Netherlands. The supplier was responsible for this. The suppliers subsequently promised the Kansspelautoriteit to stop the practices.

Upon later inspection, the original website was no longer accessible from the Netherlands. But on closer inspection, it is easy to create a new account on another website with the same provider. This makes it possible to participate in the games of chance offered on this site.

As the supply of illegal gambling has not yet been completely shut down, the Gaming Authority has ordered periodic fines to be paid to the provider. If Winning Poker Network again offers games of chance without a licence, EUR 25,000 per week will be forfeited, up to a maximum of EUR 75,000. Ksa continues to monitor relevant suppliers.
