Mailings BET365 to young people

To investigate the infringement, Ksa requested all emails sent by bet365 between 1 October 2021 and 1 April 2022 to current players and former players, all of whom were under the age of 24. In addition, bookmakers must surrender all in-app messages and notifications received by young adult players. In addition, bonuses and other promotions are shared in bet365's messages and emails to customers.

BET365 Dutch license

Bookmaker bet365 is the fourth licensed operator to be fined by the Gambling Authority. The regulator today announced its sanctions against bet365 parent company Hillside New Media. Like Jack's fine and TOTO's fine, this fine is imposed for sending promotional emails to young adult players. Bingoal was another licence holder fined by the gaming authority. That company was fined for not checking Crooks for several days and still letting players gamble on the site.

According to the Gaming Authority (Ksa), bet365 sent advertisements to young adult players who were customers of the bookmaker between the end of October 2021 and February 2022.
