Dutch gambling regulators have imposed fines on licence holders for the fourth time since the legalisation of online gambling. Like TOTO and Jack's, bet365 was fined €400,000 for sending marketing emails to youngsters. BET365 Netherlands receives this fine for sending marketing emails to young people.

To investigate the infringement, Ksa requested all emails sent by bet365 between 1 October 2021 and 1 April 2022 to current players and former players, all of whom were under the age of 24.
