Anita Vegter new chairperson Advisory Board Gaming Authority

With effect from March 2023, Anita Vegter has been appointed chairman of the Advisory Board of the Gaming Authority. In February, the Executive Board confirmed her appointment as successor to Ronald Prins. Anita Vegter is a senior judge at the Amsterdam District Court. Before that, she was director general of Justice and Law Enforcement at the Ministry of Justice and Security, member of the board of the regulator ACM, senior judge and vice president of the Amsterdam District Court. Since 2014, the Ksa has established an Advisory Board. It normally meets four times a year and provides both solicited and unsolicited advice.

Haiko van der Voort was appointed to the Supervisory Board

Also in March, Haiko van der Voort was appointed to the Supervisory Board. Haiko van der Voort is attached to Delft University of Technology as associate professor. He is a public administrator with expertise in regulation, big data, artificial intelligence and data science.

The other members of the Advisory Board are Marloes Kleinjan, Head of Youth Programme Knowledge Institute Trimbos and Professor of "Youth Mental Health Promotion" University of Utrecht (temporarily replaced by Ninette van Hasselt from Trimbos Institute) and Guda van Noort, University of Amsterdam Professor of "Persuasion and New Media Technology".
