The Dutch state lottery is using considerable resources to find the 12.8 million euro winner. After all, no one has yet come forward with the winning ticket on Saturday. To step up the search for the winner, flyers will be placed around Primera Sandra in the shopping area in Bleiswijk on Saturday, where the winning ticket was sold.
An advertising plane will also be flown over the village in South Holland and the surrounding area, carrying a banner calling out to the winner, says a spokesperson for the Dutch Lottery. Both the flyering and the flight of the aeroplane will take place between 10 am and 6 pm.
Friday the company already made an appeal through the media for the inhabitants to search for the lottery ticket again. That has not yet yielded anything. Often lottery tickets are bought at a shop in the neighbourhood. The draw was held on 10 March. The winner must report with the state lottery ticket to the headquarters of the Dutch Lottery.
