The Dutch Gambling Authority has warned two organisers of a online binog on Facebook. It concerns the organisers Luxury Bingo and BSB Shop. They set up bingo's and lotteries via Facebook, although BSB Shop later switched to chat platform Discord.
The Ksa had already told Luxury Bingo to stop its bingo games. The organiser initially complied, but later picked up the thread again. After the Ksa had given notice, the Facebook page was removed by Facebook. Luxury Bingo has been imposed a last under penalty of EUR 3,000 per violation to a maximum of EUR 30,000.
In the case of BSB Shop, the charge is higher: 7,000 euros per violation to a maximum of 35,000 euros. The party organised lotteries on a Facebook page called 'Silhouette cameo patterns & ideas'. After a report from the Ksa, BSB Shop switched to Discord.
