Holland Casino, FNV and De Unie have reached a negotiation agreement for a new collective labour agreement. The parties have been negotiating this for the past few weeks. The new CBA will run from 1 June 2022 to 30 September 2023.
The wage will be structurally increased by 2.5 percent from 1 June 2022. There will also be a nominal increase of EUR 60 per month. On 1 January 2023, wages will rise by a further 0.75 percent. It has also been agreed that the hourly wage for employees will be at least 14 euro and a one-off gross amount of 350 euro based on full-time employment.
Pleased with result for Holland Casino employees
For Holland Casino, the past two years were dominated by the impact of the coronavirus. We were forced to close our doors for months and were faced with many restrictive measures. When discussing salaries, they had to take into account the financial position of Holland Casino on the one hand, and inflation and the situation on the labour market on the other. This increase is a balanced agreement that is good for our employees and for Holland Casino.
